Ruah Workright is a program of Ruah Community Services that provides job placement and employment support services to people living with mental illness. Ruah Workright is the sole specialist employment agency in Western Australia for people living with psychiatric/psychological disabilities.
Applications are requested from suitable candidates for the position of Employment Placement Specialist (Reverse Marketer) to:
Provide reverse marketing for people living with mental illness to secure and maintain employment
Market the service to employers and identify job opportunities for clients
Establish trusting, collaborative relationships directed towards the goal of competitive employment
A high level of interpersonal skills is an essential component of this role to engage with Job Seekers living with mental illness. A demonstrated ability to build partnerships with employers and liaise with broader community organisations is also desirable. As a member of a positive and rewarding work environment, a strong team focus is required.
