Ruah Intensive Team works with people with a combination of serious health and social disadvantaged circumstances. These can include complex presentations of mental illness; substance use; HIV; social marginalisation; homeless and transient lifestyles. The Intensive programs provide psychosocial and rehabilitation support in an assertive case management role.
The Rehabilitation Worker assists the Community Case Managers to provide a complementary support and skills development role.
This position is located in Leederville. Salary: $39,487 to $43,726 depending on experience.
