This position will be located within Ruah Women's Support Service. Both the Health Department of Western Australia through the Innovative Health Services for Homeless Youth, and the Department of Corrective Services fund this service.
The successful applicant will provide services across all three WSS program areas. The Young Women’s Program provides long-term, mobile psycho-social support to women under the age of thirty years. The Department of Corrective Services programs are similar but provide six months’ support to women post release, either when they are accommodated within Department of Housing and Works Transitional Housing or released as part of the Re-entry Link program. All three programs have a pre-release support component of between one to three months.
