The successful applicants will have well-developed counselling and case management skills, be able to work independently, as well as be part of a vibrant team. This is a demanding position and area of work, which requires workers to have well developed resilience and the ability to apply self care strategies.
The position is based in Mt Hawthorn. However, the service is mobile and support is delivered in the women's choice of environment once they are released from prison. It involves a range of crisis, psychosocial and case management support interventions matched to clients' goals and hopes.
A relevant tertiary degree is essential for this position, and experience in case-management and outreach work in human service delivery is desirable. The salary range is $43.726 to $50,300 depending on experience and qualifications.
