We ensure staff have the skills and knowledge to provide a quality and effective service to clients, based on best practise standards and self care.
Our conditions of service are staff friendly. Five weeks annual leave apply. Long service leave of 13 weeks accrues after 7 years of continuous service. We seek to provide staff with some flexibility in their work hours to balance family and other commitments, through and the ability to purchase up to 3 additional weeks of annual leave.
Working with us also has the added benefits of salary packaging and the private use of a fleet vehicle for full-time staff in mobile service programs.
