Who is Ruah Tenancy Fast Track - South East?

Ruah Tenancy Fast Track is a mobile service that works primarily with families and individuals who are seeking a new private rental lease; and are about to end a current private rental lease or are newly homeless due to not securing a new lease in time.

When should you call us?

Ruah Tenancy Fast Track will work alongside you as you endeavour to secure a private rental property in the South East Metro area (Belmont – Armadale). We can assist if:
• You have been given a 60 day notice from the real estate agent /  landlord asking you to vacate the premises
• You are newly homeless or facing imminent homelessness

Who do we work with?

Families and individuals who;

• Have a good private rental history and references from recent Property Manager/ Landlord
• Have a primary support need for intensive support to access a new private rental
• Are prepared to work with the Fast Track worker proactively to move onto independent housing.
• Are living in and want to remain in the south east metro area (Belmont to Armadale)
• Are able to apply and be eligible to receive the Department of Housing bond assistance
• Are not on a tenant database

Benefits of Ruah Tenancy Fast Track to Property Managers and Landlords

• Families have moving in costs e.g. bond, rent in advance etc organised
• Families have been assessed as being able to pay rent long term
• Families are able to demonstrate the ability to manage rental responsibilities
• Families are able to live independently and do not require 24/ 7 support
• Support is provided to help the family establish a positive relationship with the Property Manager/ Landlord for the first six weeks of the new tenancy.
