Ruah Specialist Services built on the mobile, psychosocial case managment model which evolved from Ruah's move into mobile service delivery in the early 1990's.  For more information on the roots, history and philosphy of Ruah Community Services see "Service History".

Ruah Specialist Services focus on specific disadvantaged populations:

  • women in prison
  • people with HIV/AIDS
